We are back with another What We’ve Been Reading segment and today I am offering some commentary on some of the stories today.
Rocky Patel buys 50% of EO Brands - I think this is a great move for both Rocky and EO Brands (makers of 601, Cubao, Murcielago). First off Rocky Patel will be taking over distribution for EO Brands which will help sales of EO Brands considering the massive distribution channel Rocky has built. Second prices will go down on EO’s cigars. We will be sure to keep up wih this story for you and bring you any new information.
La Flor’s Air Bender gets Two New Sizes – I have to say, I am becoming a huge fan of the Air Bender, I just can’t keep my hands off of them and now with two more sizes being released, it’s going to be even harder. First size is a Lancero size called the Villano and a Corona size called the Poderoso. As many of you know I have been really been enjoying the thinner, smaller cigars lately and I think this is going to become a trend in the industry real soon, at least he smaller ring guages.
