Carlos Torano Exodus 1959 5o Years
Wrapper: Brazilian Arapiraca Sun-Grown
Binder: Honduran
Filler: Nicaraguan
Made In: Nicaragua
Size: 5 ½ x 52 Torpedo
Price: $7.30 Per Single Cigar
Appearance & Construction: The Carlos Torano Exodus 1959 50 Years is a short torpedo. The nice dark brown oily wrapper has minimal veins and has a virtually seamless roll. The copper colored band is very nice looking and fits with the color of the wrapper.
Smoking Characteristics: The Exodus 1959 50 Years has a nice smooth draw that produces a good amount of smoke. The burn is even on the Exodus 50 years, but the ash had a bit of flowering going on however, it did not flake off or fall prematurely.
Flavor: The Carlos Torano Exodus 50 Years has nice flavors of raisins, cinnamon, earth and a touch of leather. There is a bit of pepper there too but it is very mild and is more prevalent when retro-haled through the nose. The second third the Exodus 50 years has a nice soft transition to a more of the eathy leathery flavors and looses a bit of sweetness. The body of the Carlos Torano 50 Years is medium and the strength is average.
Final Thoughts: I’m always a sucker for a Brazillian Maduro and this cigar proves that yet again. Great flavor and complexity with the Carlos Torano Exodus 1959 50 Years, this cigar is a winner in my book. I haven’t smoked much Carlos Torano but so far I have liked the Casa Torano Maduro, The Tribute and now the Exodus 50 years, I might just be grabbing for more of their cigars in the near future.

I agree, good cigar and very consistent from stick to stick. Draw a tad bit firm for me, great flavors for the price!
