El Baton by J.C. Newman - Quick Stick
Cigar: El Baton
Wrapper: Nicaraguan Corojo
Binder: Nicaraguan
Filler: Nicaraguan
Origin: Nicaragua
Price: $6.50 at the local B&M
The El Baton was created by JC Newman and the Fuente Family as a Nicaraguan Puro (a cigar containing tobacco from one country). The cigar has a good heft to it and is constructed well. The draw is okay giving way to a typical Nicaraguan zing of earthiness, spice and some coffee. Nothing to ride home about here with the El Baton but none the less, a good/ average cigar from JC Newman.
Cigar Rating: Average/ Good

I like the other version better. This is a little to short, like a lot. I enjoy the reviews and have tried a few going off of what you were reviewing for that day
