Perdomo 10th Anniversary Maduro
Wrapper: Nicaraguan Maduro
Binder: Nicaraguan
Filler: Nicaraguan
Made In: Nicaragua – Tabacalera Perdomo
Size: 5×54
Price: About $6.50 per single
Appearance & Construction: The Perdomo 10th Anniversary Maduro is a decent looking cigar. A nice dark brown wrapper covers this cigar and has a very large band. As you know the band has nothing to do with the flavor of the cigar but I think it’s a bit oversized for this cigar.
Smoking Characteristics: The draw on the Perdomo 10th Anniversary Maduro is pretty snug but I am getting enough smoke to satisfy me. The burn is a little wavy but is still very acceptable. The ash is solid and compact and even holds on to just before the band.
Flavor: The Perdomo 10th Anniversary Maduro is a pretty straight-forward cigar. It has that typical Nicaraguan flavor profile with some mocha sweetness to it. The body of the 10th Anniversary Maduro is medium to full and the strength is average.
Final Thoughts: In all I think this is a good cigar. The Perdomo 10th Anniversary Maduro is not overly complex but the flavor, albeit straight forward, was pretty nice. The draw on this cigar was a bit snug for my liking, but I did not have that problem with the others I have smoked. For the price I don’t think you can complain that much but I would recommend the Perdomo Habano Maduro or the Perdomo Patriarch Maduro over the 10th Maduro.

This is a gorgeous sweet cigar. The Nic wrapper is very chocolatey with some nice spices in the filling. Most as good as my favourite cigar, the Cohiba Secreto.
